Billvis, born William Hines, is a man with a dream: to become the greatest Elvis impersonator of all time. From a young age, he was entranced by the King of Rock and Roll and spent hours upon hours watching old footage of Elvis Presley performing.  As he grew up, Billvis began to cultivate his own talent as an entertainer. He started performing at local shows and community events, dressed in his trademark white jumpsuit, pompadour hair and classic sideburns.
